Dr. Lisa Sun joined Piedmont Eye Surgical & Laser Center in 2018. Dr. Sun received her Medical Degree from LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport, LA. She completed her Residency at LSU Health Sciences Center where she was the Chief Resident and received recognition as Outstanding Preliminary Resident and the Excellence in Ophthalmology Award as the Outstanding Senior.
Dr. Sun is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.
Dr. Sun specializes in Cataract surgery, including toric and multifocal lenses, medical and surgical Glaucoma treatment, and General Ophthalmology. She sees patients in the Greensboro and Thomasville offices.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, spending time with her CrossFit family, and cheering on LSU and Saints football.
