At Piedmont Eye Surgical & Laser Center, we are devoted to providing our patients with the safest, most effective vision correction and enhancement surgeries available. Our top priorities are your comfort and satisfaction. Using the latest in vision correction technology helps us reach those goals by ensuring your procedure is as quick and complication-free as possible.

Cataract Surgery Technology

We are pleased to offer the Infiniti® Vision System, the most efficient and safe cataract surgery solution available today. Manufactured by Alcon, this system has been praised by both the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Pan-American Academy of Ophthalmology for the amazing control and precision it provides to eye surgeons. With this technology, you are assured a more accurate procedure with minimal complications and no need for sutures following your surgery.

In addition to this advanced surgical system, we offer only premium lens replacement options to provide a wide range of vision enhancement. By combining state-of-the-art surgical techniques with the best artificial lenses available, we are able to help many of our patients find freedom from both cataracts and their glasses following treatment.

Glaucoma Treatment Technology

We offer our patient’s laser assisted procedures to correct glaucoma. The SLT laser used for these procedures targets only the cells in your eyes that contain melanin. This allows pressure to be relieved without any impact to surrounding tissue or cells. This procedure has been proven safe and effective, and is highly beneficial for patients who suffer from angle closure glaucoma.

No two treatment options are best for every patient. Dr. Bevis works closely with each of our patients to find the right combination of technology and medications to effectively deal with glaucoma and cataracts. During your initial consultation, Dr. Bevis will inform you of the technology that will best meet your individual needs.

If you live in the Piedmont Triad and would like to learn more about our state-of-the-art technology, please contact Piedmont Eye Surgical & Laser Center to schedule an initial consultation today.
